SAN LUIS POTOSI - Recently, two foreign companies announced a cumulative investment of almost US$100 million for their installation in San Luis Potosi.

In this sense, state authorities signed an agreement with executives of the first investor company. This is the U.S. company Automann USA, for the installation of its first distribution center in the state.

Automann USA will invest a capital of US$50 million in San Luis Potosí. Construction of its new distribution center will begin this year.

This is a company dedicated to the distribution of auto parts for tractor-trailers; they offer more than 40,000 different parts for 18 types of trucks.

The headquarters will be located in the WTC 2 Industrial Park in Villa de Reyes and will initially generate 120 direct jobs.

Another company that announced a new investment for San Luis Potosí is CSMET Group, a Chinese company specialized in the production and sale of aluminum alloy raw material.

CSMET Group will invest US$30 million in its new plant, which will generate 177 direct jobs. Operations will begin in April 2025.
