Visiting consul touts Canada-Mexico relations

Mexican consul Cecilia Villanueva-Bracho visited Medicine Hat at the invitation of the Honourable Robert Wanner, Speaker of the House for the Legislative Assembly. Villanueva-Bracho touted Alberta’s strong, traditional connections to Mexico through the two nations’ agricultural industries, and through the seasonal tourism industry. However, she also expressed excitement about potential new opportunities in the aerospace industry in southern Alberta’s Foremost testing range.
