Weiss Aug invests US$15 million in Nuevo Leon

Weiss Aug Corporation, based in New Jersey, decided to establish its first production center in Nuevo Leon. The company invested US$15 million and it will create 100 jobs in its initial stage. It will manufacture components by injection, molding and stamping for the automotive and the medical industries. Samuel Peña, Sub Secretary of Investment and Industrial Development said that this State has 2,000 companies with investment from the U.S., which had injected over US$16.73 billion from 1999 to 2016, representing 38% out of the total foreign investment that has arrived in Nuevo Leon during this period.
