What does the aeronautic sector need to fly high?

The aerospace sector requires engineers to provide grater value to the production chain. In the face of the needs of the industry, talent formation must be oriented to the development of Tier 1 providers, comments Alejandro Bravo, from KPMG developers. Up to the year 2016, over 45,000 workers were employed: 75% oriented to manufacture, 13% working in design, 11% in maintenance and repair. The ideal is to bring down the manufacturing participation to a 68% while increasing the other two rubrics to a 15% and 14%, respectively.
