The times when Guanajuato and Aguascalientes were the States that attracted the most automotive investment Mexico are now past. Five States have been the greatest 'magnets' of foreign resources in the last three years: Chihuahua, Nuevo Leon, Puebla, Coahuila and the State of Mexico. Experts and executives from assembly plants, explained that resources have concentrated in these States is due to their greater development of qualified labor force and infrastructure for exportation, primarily to the US.
