Job generation in the inland regions of the State of Jalisco, which has been increasing, will be reinforced through the development of a network of regional industrial parks, as an incentive for national and foreign enterprises to establish their production plants out of Guadalajara's metropolitan zone (ZMG). This industrial infrastructure will be developed in the municipalities of Ocotlan, Ciudad Guzman, Cocula, Lagos de Moreno, Teocaltiche and Acatlan de Juarez. Moreover, Luis Enrique Reynoso Vilches, Director of the State Council for Economic Promotion (CEPE), stated that the industrial parks managed by the State Government, record a current occupancy of 60%. He expressed that the first buildings of companies which have received incentives from the State Government, will be inaugurated during the first trimester of 2017.Â
