Aiming to reinforce safety ant to help pilots identify threats and errors during flight operations, and in addition to informing about situational awareness, Airports and Auxiliary Services (ASA), through its “Ingeniero Roberto Kobeh Gonzalez” International Instruction Center (CIIASA), offered the “Crew Resource Management (CRM) for Pilots” course, designed specifically to strengthen knowledge about the human factor as the main and most valuable aspect to aviation.
