This is a 19,000 square meter (m2) property on a four-hectare site, located in the western part of the municipality, on the corner of Gustavo Díaz Ordaz Blvd. and Zinc Street.
The property will have warehouse and office areas, which can be subdivided into three modules requiring an investment of approximately US$25 million.
