The aerospace industry in Querétaro is undergoing a period of international consolidation. The state ranks as the eighth city with the best results in terms of foreign direct investment in the sector, according to data from the official Aerospace Meetings Querétaro website.

This recognition confirms the global relevance of the local aerospace ecosystem and its influence on the international value chain. Likewise, the sector has experienced steady growth.

Querétaro has become a strategic location for companies seeking specialized infrastructure, competitive talent, and a certified industrial environment.

Querétaro's boom is part of a favorable national context. Mexico ranks among the top five countries worldwide in terms of foreign investment in aerospace. The sector has grown by an average of 17.2% annually over the last nine years, moving from tenth to sixth place among the countries that export the most to the aeronautical industry.

More than 300 aerospace companies operate in Mexico. Of these, 80% are manufacturers and 20% provide engineering, design, and MRO maintenance services.

Querétaro has succeeded in building a competitive industrial model based on advanced infrastructure, specialized talent, and logistical connectivity.
