The Monkey 125 finally in Mexico

One of the most iconic models in Honda Motorcycles’ lineup has finally arrived in Mexico after decades of anticipation: the opportunity to own a Monkey 125 is now a reality.
This motorcycle defined an era in the 1960s and complements the growing urban mobility segment. This iconic model—originally known as the Z100—features a 49cc engine with a 3-speed semi-automatic transmission and 5-inch wheels.
Today, it not only evokes nostalgia with its vintage aesthetics but also serves as a contemporary mechanical platform equipped with a 124cc single-cylinder engine with electronic fuel injection, dual-channel ABS disc brakes, full-LED lighting, an LCD speedometer display, a five-speed manual transmission, a steel-frame chassis, twin rear shocks, and an inverted telescopic fork.
The announced list price for the Mexican market is US$5,180, and it is available in three color combinations that pay homage to its original versions: Millennium Red, Turmeric Yellow, and Shining Black. Additionally, the brand offers customization accessories, including a special edition in collaboration with Kuromi.
