Second Phase of “Ruta Logística MX 2026” Begins
The Ministry of Economy will soon launch the second phase of the so-called “Ruta Logistica MX 2026,” a free online training program focused on foreign trade and the supply chain that aims to meet the demand for technical training in the sector.
The training program will run through November and will consist of 10 modules taught by a faculty of private-sector specialists, academics, and national and international technical experts.
In addition, the National Center for Higher Education Assessment (Ceneval) is joining the initiative to formally certify course completion through a recognition program that grants academic credit.
The project has the support of 82 business chambers, as well as associations in the logistics sector and educational institutions. According to official project figures, the preliminary phase reportedly registered more than 45,000 participants—a figure the federal agency aims to exceed in this call for applications, which is open to the general public.
The initiative is part of the federal strategies coordinated under Plan Mexico and aimed at aligning workforce skills and increasing the Mexican Republic’s logistics competitiveness in light of the current requirements of international trade.
