Aero Expo 2025 aviation exposition and convention inaugurated

STATE OF MEXICO - The State of Mexico is promoting space aeronautics, an industry that belongs to a priority sector to detonate, for this, through various strategies, including incentives, seeks to consolidate its activity and thus expand the competitive advantages and benefits offered by the Mexican territory, said the Secretary of Economic Development, Laura Gonzalez Hernandez.

Being part of the Centro-AIFA corridor together with Mexico City and Hidalgo, she added, the state has attractions that allow the development of this strategic sector, to which electromobility, technologies, semiconductors, the electric and electronic sector, as well as renewable energies, which are integrated in the Plan Mexico, presented by the federal government, are added.

In the framework of the inauguration of the International Aviation Exhibition and Convention “Aero Expo 2025”, on behalf of Governor Delfina Gómez Álvarez, the secretary highlighted the importance of the entity in issues such as the generation of jobs.

“The State of Mexico ranked first nationally in the creation of formal employment with 100,602 new formal jobs, representing 32 percent of the total generated nationally,” she said.

Therefore, events such as the nineteenth edition of “Aero Expo 2025” reaffirm the strategic position of the State of Mexico as a generator of economic development, “we are confident that these days will be very useful for strengthening the sector, promoting a dynamic and enriching business environment for business and private aviation in the region,” said Secretary Laura Gonzalez.
