Alpine 4 acquires metal company

PHOENIX - Phoenix-based Alpine 4 Te- chnologies Ltd. has bought South Bend-based Deluxe Sheet Metal Inc. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

“The addition of Deluxe will have an immediate impact on Q4 revenue. Deluxe is expected to play a significant role as a Stabilizer in the Alpine 4 um- brella of companies,” said Kent Wilson, Alpine 4 CEO.

Alpine 4 is a multi-faceted company that works in a broad range of technologies, including electronics manufacturing and fabrication technologies, while Deluxe Sheet Metal is a company specializing in commercial and in- dustrial sheet metal installations.

Alpine 4 says facilities at Deluxe are some of the latest in modern equipment and advanced technologies to meet the demand for complex construction projects.
