KIA has new objective; exporting to U.S. and Canada

KIA Motors announced jointly with the government of Nuevo Leon, that it will be exporting units to 13 distribution points in the U.S. and 15 more in Canada. For this, the assembler has received from the State government the first stage of a work of railroad infrastructure for the operation of the plant located in Pesqueria, Nuevo Leon. The railroad works will be operated by Kansas City Southern Corporation. It is two cargo railways for 18 railroad carts, each one with capacity to transport 15 vehicles models Forte and Rio, manufactured in the Pesqueria plant.
