Mitsubishi Motors de México, in the Top 10 for sales growth 2024

MEXICO - Mitsubishi Motors de México ended 2024 within the Top 10 brands with the highest sales growth, with an increase of +28.8% compared to 2023. In December 2024, the brand sold 2,160 vehicles, representing an increase of +19% compared to the same month in 2023.

Sales figures at the end of 2024 closed at 24,706 vehicles, including 11,886 units of the L200 pickup, which has consolidated its position as the brand's most important vehicle in Mexico, accounting for close to 50% of total sales. This pickup continues to be a benchmark of Japanese quality backed by a 7-year warranty, demonstrating the reliability and durability that characterizes Mitsubishi Motors vehicles.

Outlander Sport maintains a positive sales trend, with 531 units sold in December and accumulated sales of 2,414 units just six months after its launch, in one of the most competitive segments of the Mexican market.

Xpander and Xpander Cross closed 2024 with 5,523 units sold, followed by Mirage G4 with 4,030 units. Outlander PHEV (plug-in hybrid electric vehicle) and Montero Sport also had a solid performance with 853 units sold.

In addition, to kick off the year 2025, Mitsubishi Motors de México is excited to announce the launch of the new version of the L200 GSR pickup. This launch will be part of a series of innovations that will strengthen its presence in the market.
