Worldwide Express expands operations in Nuevo León

NUEVO LEON - The leading transportation and logistics company Worldwide Express Operations LLC, inaugurated its offices in Nuevo León and announced that it will make an annual investment of US$85 million by 2025.

Headquartered in Dallas, Texas, the company continues its growth and consolidation strategy in North America, strengthening its presence in the region and taking advantage of the state's competitive advantages.

'Nuevo León has consolidated itself as a key strategic center for the logistics industry, due to its infrastructure and qualified talent, which is why we are excited that more companies like Worldwide Express are coming to the state and contributing to economic development,' mentioned Emmanuel Loo, in charge of dispatch for the Ministry of Economy.

In total, more than 400 new positions in logistics and administration will be generated.

"Since 2016, Worldwide Express has invested around US$60 million in Nuevo León," highlighted Tom Madine, Chief Executive Officer of Worldwide Express.

He also reaffirmed its commitment to the development of the logistics industry in Mexico, driving innovation and generating opportunities for growth in the region.

The company currently has a presence in Monterrey, Mexico City, Guadalajara, Chihuahua and Querétaro.
