Hidalgo asserts its presence in the international aerospace industry

The state of Hidalgo formally established itself as a leader in advanced manufacturing and technological design in central Mexico with the inauguration of the First International Congress on Aerospace Innovation.
During the event, Carlos Henkel Escorza, Secretary of Economic Development (SEDECO), noted that this congress is the ideal platform to promote and position Hidalgo as an undisputed leader in advanced manufacturing, technological development, and aerospace design; furthermore, the state possesses the strategic connectivity, infrastructure, and political will to successfully integrate into global value chains.
The Congress brings together the aerospace elite, including international delegations and top-tier firms such as NASA’s Space Center Houston, the Embassy of the Russian Federation, and scientists from Samara State University—a leading center for space research.
