CTA MX & Airman establish private-sector aerospace alliance

The Mexican Aerospace Technology Center (CTA MX), operated by the Mexican Aviation Society, in partnership with AirMan, announces the signing of the Collaboration Agreement for the Development of the Mexican Aerospace Industry. The agreement, also signed with FEMIA and Anahuac University / Anahuac LABS, constitutes the most comprehensive collaboration platform ever established by Mexico’s private aerospace sector within the framework of the Plan Mexico 2030.

CTA MX contributes its technical capabilities, specialized knowledge, and applied research, while AirMan is responsible for managing the alliance’s intellectual property portfolio and for promoting and executing projects with third parties. The joint agenda includes the acquisition of PLM platforms, the development of standards for urban transport drones, the design and assembly of aircraft, supplier development programs, the modernization of the government fleet, offset programs, and the operation of the National Aerospace Observatory.

The Mexican Aviation Society operates the Mexican Aerospace Technology Center, an institution dedicated to education, training, applied research, and knowledge transfer in the aerospace sector.
