ElevaPark Projects Boost Michoacán’s Industrial Investment

Michoacán is seeking to strengthen its position within the Bajío-Central-Western industrial corridor by developing new infrastructure for manufacturing, logistics, and distribution.

Against this backdrop, ElevaPark and ElevaPark Gran Bajío are two projects promoted by Grupo Citelis and presented by Invest MX. These complementary developments aim to attract domestic and foreign investment, expand production capacity, and facilitate companies’ integration into regional supply chains.

Both projects are located within Morelia’s economic sphere of influence and cater to different investment needs. ElevaPark Industrial & Logistic offers AAA-grade industrial infrastructure in Michoacán for manufacturing, logistics, agribusiness, and last-mile operations. Meanwhile, ElevaPark Gran Bajío is part of the expansion of the Economic Development Hub for Well-being (PODECOBI) in Zinapécuaro, which was established to attract large-scale industrial projects.

Together, the developments aim to capitalize on Michoacán’s competitive advantages, including highway connectivity, rail access, workforce availability, and proximity to the country’s major manufacturing centers.

This offering creates opportunities for automotive suppliers, advanced manufacturing companies, logistics operators, and other businesses seeking access to multiple industries without concentrating their operations in a single market.

Access to reliable energy supplies and a regional workforce with technical, operational, and professional skills will also be key factors in shaping decisions regarding the establishment of new production facilities.
