US$515 million investment arrives in Coahuila

MONCLOVA    The inauguration of the Monclova Industrial Park just took place; itt will be built by entrepreneurs José María Garza Treviño and Alonso Villarreal de los Santos, with a total investment of US$515 million.

The park will be located in the north of Monclova, on the old road to Hermanas, in an area of 26,501 square meters that will be made of buildings within an area of 13,935 square meters, 6 platforms, 2 ramps and 117 parking lots.

Garza Treviño informed that the total investment will be distributed in three stages; in the first one they will allocate US$154 million in order to work on 40 hectares of infrastructure, construction and industrial buildings, in addition to generating 3,000 direct jobs.
