Currently Amistad has begun the development of two new industrial parks, one in Ramos Arizpe and the second in the Bajio region in Mexico. This 94 acre (38 Hectares) and 247-acre (100 hectares) parks, respectively, will provide a contained community featuring companies, in the automotive and aerospace sector, from around the world. According to Claudio F. Ramon, this allows them to provide a solution to their clients manufacturing location when supplying Freightliner, Chrysler, Whirlpool, Honda or Boeing, among others. "Amistad has begun construction of two spec buildings - 150,000 square feet SPEC facility in Ramos Arizpe and the other 137,000 square feet in Bajio that will be ready by Spring 2012" Ramon said.

"We are also developing our Bajio industrial park in the central state of Guanajuato, between the city of Celaya and near community of Apaseo, with access along the Mexican Federal Highway 45, a four lane, highway that is ideal for truck traffic and part of the Pan-American network measuring about 47,958 kilometers in length and connecting mainland nations of the Americas" announced Mr. Ramon, President of Amistad Industrial Developments.
