Tecstar de México S.A. de C.V., is part of the MGS MFG Group and recently signed a lease with Intermex for a 50,145 square-foot building located at the Chihuahua Industrial Complex in the city of Chihuahua. This Intermex building represents Tecstar's third plant in the city.

Textron International Mexico celebrated the opening of its permanent facility in Chihuahua during the company’s June 23 event. The 122,000 square-foot building located in the new Intermex Carolina Industrial Park features more than 43 acres of available land. Textron International Mexico plans to invest more than US $85 million of equipment to manufacture the cabin, nose and tail sections of the Bell 429 helicopter.

Cessna Aircraft recently celebrated the opening of its fourth facility in Chihuahua. The 83,000 square-foot Intermex Building is located in the Chihuahua Industrial Complex. Mr. Jaime Creel Sisniega, President of Intermex Board of Administration said that Cessna’s new project is very important as it strengthens the City of Chihuahua as a recognized aerospace cluster. The Cessna facility is already under a significant expansion, the facility will reach 480,000 ft2 in size by mid-2011.

A "build to suit" facility with Intermex is a great option for your start up project. A typical "build to suit" facility will be ready in five months for beneficial occupancy. There are many successful cases where Intermex has shown its ability to offer the best "built to suit" projects seen everywhere in Mexico. To mention a few there are: Freescale is engineering and design Center located in Guadalajara in a 65,063 Sq. Ft. high-tech building. Another good example is Nifco Korea.
