Ford Maverick Displayed at SEMA 2025 Will Be Available to the Public
Ford unveiled a customized version of its compact pickup truck, dubbed the Maverick 300T, at the annual SEMA 2025 auto show. Its accessories will be converted into an equipment kit available for sale to the public starting in 2026.
“The project was born out of conversations with customers, as well as long nights browsing Reddit and other forums about the Ford Maverick, watching how people customized their trucks,” said Matthew Simpson, executive director of Accessories and Personalization.
Among the most notable features of the Ford Maverick 300T is the inclusion of the same turbocharger used in Mustangs equipped with a 2.3-liter EcoBoost engine.
The result is an estimated 300 horsepower and 317 pound-feet of torque, an increase of 50 and 40 units, respectively, compared to the measurements of a stock version.
The increase in performance comes from a significantly larger 59-millimeter compressor wheel, up from 53 on the stock unit.
Alongside the turbocharger is a Mishimoto intercooler that is 58.8% larger than the stock unit, offering a 39.6% reduction in temperature and a 20.1% reduction in pressure drop compared to the factory unit.
"Why is this important? Because keeping intake temperatures low ensures consistent power, acceleration after acceleration. Whether you're merging onto the highway with a trailer or enjoying a thrilling run down your favorite back road, the Maverick 300T more than delivers," Simpson said.
The engine upgrades are accompanied by a complete performance package, starting with the Mustang Mach-E GT's 20-inch wheels with high-performance Pirelli P Zero Elect tires.
The suspension has also been completely overhauled with sport springs that lower the height by 10 millimeters at the front and 30 millimeters at the rear, giving it an aggressive look and lowering the center of gravity.
The upgraded monotube rear shocks and reinforced stabilizer bar (increased from 29.9 Newton-millimeters to 34.7 Newton-millimeters of stiffness) give this vehicle excellent handling. Increased compression and rebound damping provides better control, whether loaded or empty.
According to Simpson, this modification “is the difference between a truck that's just fast and a truck that's really fun to drive.”

El paquete Maverick 300T está diseñado para los niveles de equipamiento XL, XLT y Lariat 2025 motorizados por el EcoBoost de 2.0 litros y all-wheel-drive (AWD). Si bien se puede instalar sin el paquete de remolque 4K, se recomienda incluirlo ya que proporciona refrigeración adicional para la transmisión.
