CIIMA 2026: Getting started in Monterrey

The Industrial Innovation and Advanced Manufacturing Summit, CIIMA 2026, kicked off in Monterrey with a clear message: Mexican industry is facing a fundamental shift that requires it to rethink not only its operations but also its strategy.

The Mexican Association of Machinery Distributors (AMDM) issued a call to action for the Mexican industry to leverage its strategic position by adopting smart technology and demonstrating decisive leadership in the face of the geopolitical challenges of 2026.

The summit brings together companies, suppliers, and specialists from the manufacturing sector; more than 50 exhibitors offer industrial solutions and updates on topics such as automation, artificial intelligence, and advanced manufacturing. With this launch, CIIMA positions itself as a platform for coordinating industrial capabilities at a pivotal moment for the industry in Mexico.
