New logistics center promotes e-commerce

Control Up Logistic has opened a new distribution center in Tultepec, State of Mexico, with the aim of strengthening warehousing, ground transportation, and distribution services for companies operating in the Valley of Mexico—one of the most strategic regions for national logistics.

According to data from the 2025 Logistics Barometer by GS1 Data and ConaLog, the Mexican logistics industry has maintained an average annual growth rate of 8% over the past five years, driven by the boom in e-commerce and the digitization of operations.

The new logistics center stems from the integration of Upper Logistics and Control Logistico, combining warehousing services, inventory management with WMS technology, and operational coverage in Queretaro, Cuautitlan, Guadalajara, and Manzanillo; as well as ground transportation, parcel delivery, customized services, and operations focused on e-commerce.

The opening of this center reflects the transformation the sector is undergoing in Mexico, where the demand for faster, more connected, and more efficient operations is driving investments in infrastructure, digitization, and last-mile delivery, particularly in strategic regions such as the State of Mexico.
